We welcome all experience levels of modellers, from beginner to Nationals competitors. We can provide structured training for beginners and encourage members to progress through the BMFA achievement schemes.
As a BMFA affiliated club all club members must be BMFA members, we can sort that for you, or you can do that directly via the BMFA portal: https://bmfa.justgo.com/
Our membership year runs from Jan to Dec and fees are as follows:

We follow the BMFA guidelines as the basis of our rules. All members must comply with the law when operating or piloting aircraft.
We also have a limit on fixed wing 2 stroke engine size (max 10cc) to minimise disturbance to the surrounding area. The committee can approve exceptions to the limit following a demonstration that the pilot can operate the aircraft in a manner to minimise disturbance.
